What Do I Need to do Before Collection Day?

  • Place your bins out the night before
  • Lids must open towards the road
  • Bins must be placed 50cm apart

What Should I do if My Bin/s Not Collected?

If the bin is not emptied, it may be because:

  • It is not a Solo Bin (embedded with a Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) chip)
  • It was not presented before 7am.
  • The bin is over 75kg.
  • There is a problem with the bin contents. For example, they were jammed in tight.
