SALA Registration Fee Rebate Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility Criteria
1.1. Applicants must be either:
- Residents of the Light Regional Council (LRC) area; or
- Artists exhibiting at a venue located within the LRC region, regardless of their place of residence.
1.2. Each application must correspond to a single SALA registration. If applying for multiple registrations, separate applications are required for each.
2. Conditions of Rebate
2.1. Applicants must provide evidence of their residency within the LRC area or proof of their exhibition at a venue within the region.
2.2. The Council reserves the right to verify the information provided in the application.
2.3. Any false or misleading information may result in the forfeiture of the rebate and potential exclusion from future Council programs.
