From 9 November to 11 December, Council will be undertaking cyclic pruning of approximately 500 State Heritage-listed Canary Island Date Palms along Seppeltsfield Road and Peter Seppelt Road, as well as the four palms at the Stonewell Road information bay.
These important works help maintain the health, appearance and structural condition of the trees while preserving the significant heritage character of the iconic Seppeltsfield Road palm avenue.
Residents and visitors should expect some delays during this period, with traffic management in place while works are underway.
