Light Regional Council's award-winning BEES Pilot Project has been named a finalist in the 2026 Minister for Health and Wellbeing Excellence in Public Health Awards, adding to its recent Jim Crawford Award success.
The program supports early childhood development, literacy and school readiness by connecting local families with valuable resources and support services. Winners will be announced in December.
