Street Lighting

Lights in a New Subdivision

SA Power Networks activate the lights as soon as mains power is connected to the development.

Lights Out or Faulty

To report a faulty street light, visit the SA Power Networks website to use the online reporting system or call 13 13 66. The location of street light is required and if possible, the number of the light pole.

Request for New Lights in Established Areas

For street lights on Council owned and managed roads

If you want street lighting installed, changed or upgraded in your area, please Contact Us.

Remember to include the location of the light and your reason. Please note, streetlights are not intended for home security. If you require a light for security, a sensor light is suggested.

For street lights on main arterial roads
