The Light Regional Council has engaged McGregor Tan, Adelaide’s first, home-grown independent market research company, to conduct a customer satisfaction survey.

The survey will run for approximately 4 weeks across all wards in Light Regional Council commencing 23rd April through to 23rd May 2024. It will look at Council services and facilities and will seek community feedback in terms of both importance of the service and associated satisfaction levels.

The survey results are like a roadmap for Light Regional Council. They help it identify which services matter most to you, and how well it is meeting your needs. This feedback is crucial for improving the performance of Council over time.

By taking part, you'll help assess the performance in key areas like customer service, community engagement, and overall Council direction. Your feedback will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring Council provides the best possible service to our residents.

What to expect:

  • You may receive a call from McGregor Tan to participate in the survey.
  • The survey will ask general demographic information but will not include any personal details.
  • The survey will take approximately 10-12 minutes to complete.
  • All responses are completely confidential.
