Rates Payments
When making a rates payment you will need to enter the payment reference number. This can be found at the bottom of your rates notice in Preferred Payments Methods next to Online Payment.

Debtor Payments
When making a debtor payment please enter the Invoice Number from the invoice you wish to pay. This can be found at the top of your Tax Invoice.
