Rates Payments
When making a rates payment you will need to enter the payment reference number. This can be found at the bottom of your rates notice in "Preferred Payments Methods" next to "Online Payment."

Pay an Invoice (Debtor Payments)
When making a debtor payment please enter the Invoice Number from the invoice you wish to pay. This can be found at the top of your Tax Invoice.
Expiation Payment Methods
Expiation payments cannot be made online. These can be paid by one of the three following methods:
- In-person:
- at our Head Office, or
- at one of our Library and Customer Service Centres located in Kapunda and Freeling
- Phone on 08 8525 3200.
- Post - PO Box 72, Kapunda SA 5373. Remember to include the payment slip with your cheque or money order.
Other Payment Methods
Where the relevant authority is Council:
- BPay - refer to the Preferred Payments Methods on the bottom of your rates notice. BPay is not available for Invoice payments
- In-person:
