'Taste of the Region' Interpretive Display

Kapunda Visitor Information Centre is closed to the public until further notice, due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. You can still call the Centre on 1300 770 301, where staff will be able to assist. If there is no answer, you can leave a message and staff will get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

The Taste of the Region Interpretive Centre is located in the basement of the Kapunda Library & Visitor Information Centre, Thomson Building, Kapunda.  It is a delightful and interesting surprise to most visitors.

This FREE display navigates the visitor through the Light region, from its history and the characters who shaped the region, to the present day.

Children and adults alike love to discover the secrets of the Light region and can often be in the centre for over an hour, amusing themselves with various movies, maps and information.
