2008 DAP Meeting Agendas & Minutes

 Council holds Development Assessment Panel meetings regularly in the Council Chambers at Kapunda. Anyone is welcome to attend public meetings. The meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each Month commencing at 5.30pm in the Kapunda Council Chamber when there are items for consideration.

You can read the Agendas and Minutes by visiting Council's Kapunda and Freeling Office or by visiting one of Council's libraries located at Kapunda, Freeling, Greenock and Wasleys.

Development Assessment Panel Membership

Council, at its meeting held on 12 December 2006 resolved to appoint membership to the Light Regional Council Development Assessment Panel. Pursuant to Section 56A(5) of the Development Act 1993, membership comprises:-

• Independent Member Janine Lennon
• Elected Member Mayor Robert Hornsey

Development Assessment Panel Public Officer

Light Regional Council, at its meeting held on 12 December 2006, resolved to appoint the Chief Executive Officer as Public Officer of the Council Development Assessment Panel pursuant to Section 56A(22) of the Development Act 1993.
