Council By-Laws - Expiation Fees
Council, at its meeting held on 16 March 2009 resolved:-
"That pursuant to the powers contained in Section 246(5)(b) of the Local Government Act 1999 Council:-
1. Hereby resolves to set expiation fees for any offence against any of the Council's By-Laws at $187.50;
2. Hereby resolved to set expiation fees for contuining offences against any of the Council's By-Laws at $12.50; and
the above expiation fees will apply from 4 March 2009, being the date on which the By-Laws made by the Council on 18 November 2008 come into operation"
