The Light Regional Library Service is in the process of developing training for our customers based around computers and technology. We’d really love it if you could spend a few minutes filling out a survey or two for us. By completing these surveys you’ll help to guide us to make sure we develop training that is needed and relevant. We want to make sure everything we do is going to be helpful to everyone!
We expect there to be a wide range of responses and would like to know what your needs are rather than “guessing”.
There are two surveys, one for younger library users and one for adults. The younger users survey covers ages from 5 to 18 inclusive, so some questions might not be relevant to your particular child. If your children are at the younger end of the scale, we’d love you to complete the survey on their behalf.
One survey should be submitted for each individual child and adult. The surveys are easy to complete. You simply need to select the most appropriate answer(s) for each question. You can leave questions blank if you want to, although we’d really appreciate it if you could answer them all. The surveys are completely anonymous. We do NOT collect any identifying information.
Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey(s). We look forward to seeing all the answers and developing the best possible training sessions to help you.
